It is a kind of inoculant that can promote graphitization, reduce the tendency of white mouth, improve the morphology and distribution of graphite, increase the number of common crystal groups, and refine the matrix organization. It has a good effect in a short time (about 5-8 minutes) after gestation treatment. Mainly suitable for a variety of situations of the general parts or later instantaneous gestation.
Flow (instantaneous) inoculant: that is, relatively small gestation agent (0.2-0.8mm), through the adding equipment, in the process of iron pouring with the flow of iron into the iron, play the role of gestation.
